Chicken and Tortellini Soup

INGREDIENTS:
4 carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces
5 cups low-sodium chicken broth
8 oz cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
salt, to taste
parsley, chopped, to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a large saucepan, simmer carrots in chicken broth until tender, 10-12 minutes.

  2. Add cheese tortellini and simmer until tender, 2-4 minutes.

  3. Stir in rotisserie chicken; season with salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
