Feta Spread

INGREDIENTS:
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp pepperoncini salad peppers, finely chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Pulse first 8 ingredients in a food processor 6-8 times or until combined, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover ad chill 2 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.

  2. Serve with crostini or pita chips. Garnish, if desired.
